Built for Philippine payroll · Asia/Manila
HRIS Core brings attendance, leave, overtime, and payslips into one system — with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG, and BIR withholding computed automatically every pay period.
13th‑month runs · government remittance reports · DOLE‑format COE
One system, the whole cutoff
Attendance feeds overtime, overtime feeds payroll, payroll feeds the remittance reports. Approve once — the numbers travel by themselves.
A web time clock employees open in any browser. Work schedules with grace minutes, unpaid breaks, and overnight shifts — plus the Philippine holiday calendar, pre-seeded.
Statutory leave built in: Service Incentive, Maternity 105, Paternity, Solo Parent, VAWC, and MCW special leave — alongside your own VL and SL policies, with yearly balances.
Employees file OT from their portal; managers decide from a single approvals inbox. Approved hours flow straight into the next payroll run — no spreadsheets in between.
Semi-monthly periods (1–15 / 16–EOM), holiday and night premiums, loan amortization, and a compute → review → finalize flow with itemized, traceable payslips.
SSS R-3, PhilHealth RF-1, Pag-IBIG MCRF, BIR 1601-C, and the annual alphalist basis — derived only from finalized payslips, on-screen and as CSV.
Payslips on finalize, leave and OT filing, own attendance history, and Certificate of Employment requests — from any phone, no app install.
Statutory, by default
The current contribution schedules and TRAIN withholding tables ship as configuration — when an agency issues a new circular, the rates change, not the code.
| Agency | What HRIS Core computes | Current schedule |
|---|---|---|
| SSS | Monthly salary credit, employee & employer shares, plus the employer's EC premium. | 15% of MSC — 5% EE / 10% ER · MSC ₱5,000–₱35,000 |
| PhilHealth | Premium on monthly basic, split equally between employer and employee. | 5%, floor ₱10,000 · cap ₱100,000 |
| Pag-IBIG | Employee share with employer match, on salary up to the fund cap. | 2% + 2% ER match · cap ₱10,000 |
| BIR | Withholding on taxable income every period, contributions netted first. | TRAIN semi-monthly brackets, 0%–35% |
| 13th month | 1/12 of earned basic across finalized periods, taxable excess flagged for HR. | Tax-exempt to ₱90,000 (TRAIN) |
| DOLE | Premium pay on worked holidays, approved OT, and night work — and LA 06-20 COEs. | +100% reg. holiday · +30% special · +25% OT · +10% night diff |
Statutory rates reflect the published 2025/2026 schedules. Your HR team reviews every figure against the current circulars before the first live run — and the reports carry line-level traceability so they can.
Everyone gets a seat
Role-based access down to the individual permission — employees see their own records, managers see their team, HR sees everything, and the audit log sees all of it.
Payroll data is sensitive data
HRIS Core runs single-tenant: every company gets its own subdomain and its own isolated database. Your payroll never shares a table with anyone else's.
TOTP authenticator support with one-time recovery codes, and admin-assisted resets.
Every change to every record is logged — who, what, when — and browsable by HR.
Super-admin, HR admin, manager, and employee roles, enforced down to each action.
Accounts are provisioned by your HR team. Nobody self-registers into your payroll.

Before you ask
No. Every client runs on a dedicated instance — your own subdomain and your own isolated database. Nothing is shared at runtime, and there is no cross-tenant table anywhere in the system.
Contribution schedules and withholding tables live in configuration, not code. When an agency issues a new circular, the tables are updated and the next pay run uses the new figures — with your HR team verifying before the run, as they should.
HRIS Core produces remittance-ready reports — SSS R-3, PhilHealth RF-1, Pag-IBIG MCRF, BIR 1601-C, and the annual alphalist basis — on-screen and as CSV, derived only from finalized payslips. Official upload formats (SSS eR3 files, BIR alphalist DAT) are on the roadmap; today the figures are encoding-ready.
Yes — the whole portal is responsive web. Employees clock in and out, file leave and overtime, and view payslips from any phone browser. No app to install, no per-device licensing.
Overnight schedules are first-class: shifts can cross midnight, grace minutes and unpaid breaks are configurable, and hours worked between 10PM and 6AM automatically earn the 10% night differential in payroll.
Accounts are provisioned by your HR team — there is no public sign-up. Employees receive credentials, verify their email, and can enable two-factor authentication on their own profile.
